Annual General Meeting

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting for the Vivacity One Condominium Corporation is scheduled for

May 29, 2012 at 6:00 pm

If you own a unit in the building and have not received the letter confirming location details, please contact us.

We strongly encourage owners to attend, or at a minimum, to be represented by an authorized person at this meeting.

There are specific procedures applicable to moves in or out of the Vivacity One building. They are meant to make your move easier and quicker, as well as minimize its impact on the building and other residents.

Annual General Meeting

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting for the Vivacity One Condominium Corporation is scheduled for

March 22, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.

A notice of this upcoming AGM was sent to individuals owning units in the building, but it has come to our attention that some still have not received their letter.

If you own a unit in the building and have not received the above mentioned letter, please contact us for location details or any other question you may have. We apologize for the short notice due to this unfortunate situation, and we hope most owners will be able to attend.

 

Information about the role of the property manager

Esquire Management Group is the company acting as an agent on behalf of the Condominium Corporation. Please contact them regarding the following:

- Moving in or moving out
- Intercom updates / additions
- Complaints (noise, parking...)
- Issue with your FOB or garage door opener
- Security or building issue
- Financial Statements (for unit owners only)
Unless you are a unit owner, or authorized to act on their behalf, you should not contact Esquire, but your owner or unit manager, who is responsible to communicate with Esquire.
Esquire will then take the appropriate action, and if applicable, forward your request to the Condominium Board for further action.
